Case Study: Sonos I Campaign: You’re Better Than This I Channels: Print/Digital/Film

Situation: Consumer awareness and familiarity with Sonos was low, and they often didn’t even know the difference between wifi and bluetooth. The brand was struggling to scale beyond a core early adopter/audiophile core audience.

Approach: This advertising campaign highlighted the gap between how much people love music and how they listen to it. From bluetooth dropouts and tangled wires to iPhone listening parties and laptop movie nights, the creative poked fun at the questionable listening methods people were settling for.

Results: The campaign drove significant brand awareness and familiarity increases, delivered short term commercial impact and won two gold Clios awards for Integrated Marketing and Film.
